Eleven Million (2013) is a centerfold created for the April 2013 issue of Artillery Magazine. In this work, the number “11,000,000” is placed on top of a 1956 photograph by Los Angeles-based photographer, Leonard Nadel. The photograph depicts Bracero workers being fumigated at the border in Hidalgo, Texas. 11,000,000 is the number of people who are undocumented in the United States as of 2013. Link.
